The risks listed on the official website, in order of the severity of the loss in my opinion.
1.Smart Contract Risk😓
There’s a very small risk that a bug may be found which could potentially put your capital at risk.
2.USDC Loses its Peg😓
There's a risk that USDC loses its peg and deviates from $1.
3.Extreme funding rates😓
The vaults returns can be impacted by unusually high or low funding rates.
4.Illiquid underlying asset Market😓
If the market for underlying asset becomes very illiquid then the vault's performance will be adversely affected.
