In terms of incidents, there was a hacking event in 2021 involving CREAM & IronBank and Alpha Homora. Users’ funds deposited with IronBank did not suffer any losses. The exploited debts were supposed to be repaid by Alpha Homora, and repayment was underway. However, the repayment process encountered issues along the way, leading to discussions between Alpha and IronBank. IronBank then froze the user funds on the Alpha side, and as of March 2023, the issue has not been resolved.
